Fun Facts: I excel at assembling IKEA furniture and secretly kind of like to.
I grew up in Texas and although I don’t imagine I will ever fully lose that particular kind of stubbornness that comes with being a Texan, Virginia is now truly home. I met my wife shortly after college while participating in a Fellowship at St. Thomas and though she herself was a UVA alum and former member of the CSM community, neither of us could have anticipated how much this community would come to mean to us and our two sons.
I consider myself blessed to serve the Catholic Student Ministry at UVA as a Campus Minister and appreciate the charge and challenge to live each day relying more on God’s grace as we work to live out our mission “that all may know, love and live the faith.” . When not helping to organize events or meeting with students I enjoy spending time with my family, playing board games or ultimate frisbee or just reading a good book on grounds, but I always welcome the interruption of a good conversation.
